1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders that exceed 250.00 SAR (or its equivalent in local currencies).

  • Orders Below 250.00 SAR: For orders under the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Worldwide Shipping & Customs Duties

  • We proudly offer worldwide shipping to cater to our healthcare professionals across the globe.

  • To ensure a hassle-free delivery experience, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the final price. You will not be required to pay any additional or unexpected fees upon the arrival of your shipment.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, our team immediately begins preparing and securely packaging your items.

  • As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link to follow your shipment's journey in real-time.

4. Shipment Delays

  • While we partner with top-tier international couriers to guarantee timely delivery, unexpected logistics delays may occasionally occur.

  • In the event of any delivery delay after the package has been dispatched, please get in touch directly with the Courier’s Customer Service using your tracking number for the fastest resolution. You can also reach out to our 24/7 online support team for further assistance.

5. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been shipped from our warehouse, the shipment cannot be intercepted or stopped.

  • In this case, you must receive the order from the courier first, and then initiate a standard return process in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Delivery Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date delivery information (including city, district, street name, building number, and a valid phone number).

  • The Surgical Cap is not liable for any delivery failures, delays, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or missing address details provided by the customer.

  • Return Period within 3 Days. Exchange Period within 7 Days.
  • For return or replacement products, Shipping costs will be deducted from the customer.
  • The return or replacement is for one time only.
  • The original invoice should be presented.
  • Also, Free shipping will be canceled in case of return.
  • In case of any delay in shipping, please get in touch with the Courier Customer Service
  • If the Customer cancels the order after shipping, He should receive the order and return it. 
  • We will share the AIRWAY Label. So you can drop your return at the nearest Courier location.
