Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy - The Surgical Cap

At The Surgical Cap, our top priority is your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help according to the following guidelines:

1. Timeframes for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Exchanges: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange.

2. Eligibility and Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The original invoice must be presented with your request.

  • Returns or exchanges are permitted only once per order.

3. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Return/Exchange Fees: Shipping costs for returning or replacing products are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Cancellation of Free Shipping: If your original order qualified for "Free Shipping" and you choose to return the items, the free shipping offer will be canceled, and the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

4. The Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will share an AIRWAY Label with you.

  • You simply need to print the label and drop off your return package at the nearest authorized Courier location.

  • In case of any delays in the shipping process, please get in touch directly with the Courier Customer Service for updates.

5. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • If you decide to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, we cannot intercept or stop the delivery.

  • In this scenario, you must receive the order first from the courier, and then initiate the return process as per the standard policy outlined above.

6. Refund Process


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The final refunded amount will be minus all applicable shipping fees.

  • It may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Return Period within 3 Days. Exchange Period within 7 Days.
  • For return or replacement products, Shipping costs will be deducted from the customer.
  • The return or replacement is for one time only.
  • The original invoice should be presented.
  • Also, Free shipping will be canceled in case of return.
  • In case of any delay in shipping, please get in touch with the Courier Customer Service
  • If the Customer cancels the order after shipping, He should receive the order and return it. 
  • We will share the AIRWAY Label. So you can drop your return at the nearest Courier location.
